Delivery Terms

Order Confirmation 

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know. 

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and prepare your order for shipping. The time this takes will depend on the purchased product and each products preparation time may vary. We will send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

- Pool table deliveries normally take 2-5 weeks from time of purchase.

- Other accessories normally take 1-3 days depending on your chosen product.

Damages

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items 
to info@clothandpocket.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. Failure to adhere to the above policies may affect your chances of receiving a return, refund or exchange.

Cancellations & Refunds 

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

General Return Policies

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within one hundred eighty (180) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@clothandpocket.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note:

●     Please contact us via email to obtain the return address.     

●     To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.     

●     If your return is approved, you may be responsible for covering the shipping and transportation costs.     

●     Upon delivery and completion of installation, you must inspect the item for any damages or issues before the delivery team leaves. Any concerns reported after this time may not be eligible for return, and responsibility for the item will lie with you.     

●     If the item has been used or assembled and its condition impacts its resale value, Cloth&Pocket reserves the right to issue a partial refund reflecting the diminished value.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE SHIPPING 

We offer free Delivery on all orders over £500. Times vary depending on the specific item, and standard, trackable shipping is available on all orders.

Made to Order: For custom-built tables, production times range from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the model and selected customisation options.

Delivery: Once the table is ready, Delivery is scheduled within 5 to 10 working days.

Installation: A professional two-person team will deliver and install the table, ensuring it is properly levelled and ready for immediate use.

Pre-Built: These tables are typically pre-assembled and often available with shorter lead times.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

At this moment in time, we only ship within the UK and do not offer international shipments.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Staircase Deliveries (Ground Floor Access): Standard (free) deliveries are limited to ground floor locations.

Stair Access Notification: Customers must inform Cloth&Pocket in advance if Delivery requires navigating stairs. Additional fees may apply, and detailed dimensions of stairwells and landings may be requested to ensure safe and successful Delivery.

Delivery Scheduling Operating Hours: Deliveries are scheduled during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Proof of Delivery: A signature is required at the time of Delivery to confirm receipt of the item.

Delivery Delays - Unforeseen Circumstances: While Cloth&Pocket aims to meet all agreed delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions or extended manufacturing lead times.

Customer Communication: In the event of a foreseeable delay, Cloth&Pocket will notify the customer promptly with an updated delivery timeframe.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If Delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.
