WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free Delivery on all orders over £500. Times vary depending on the specific item, and standard, trackable shipping is available on all orders.
- Made to Order: For custom-built tables, production times range from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the model and selected customisation options.
- Delivery: Once the table is ready, Delivery is scheduled within 5 to 10 working days (can depend on the availability of the product and other circumstances).
- Installation: A professional two-person team will deliver and install the table, ensuring it is properly levelled and ready for immediate use.
- Pre-Built: These tables are typically pre-assembled and often available with shorter lead times (delivered by a standard courier - no installation required).
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
At this moment in time, we only ship within the UK and do not offer international shipments.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Staircase Deliveries (Ground Floor Access): Standard (free) deliveries are limited to ground floor locations.
- Stair Access Notification: Customers must inform Cloth&Pocket in advance if Delivery requires navigating stairs. Additional fees may apply, and detailed dimensions of stairwells and landings may be requested to ensure safe and successful Delivery.
- Delivery Scheduling Operating Hours: Deliveries are scheduled during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once a purchase has been made we will contact you to arrange the best day for delivery. If this day needs to be changed, we require a two days in advanced to re-organise.
- Proof of Delivery: A signature is required at the time of Delivery to confirm receipt of the item.
- Delivery Delays Unforeseen Circumstances: While Cloth&Pocket aims to meet all agreed delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions or extended manufacturing lead times.
- Customer Communication: In the event of a foreseeable delay, Cloth&Pocket will notify the customer promptly with an updated delivery timeframe.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If Delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.
