How soon can I expect my order?
Once we receive your order and payment is received, you can expect to receive your pool table in 2 - 5 weeks (depending on which table you choose) and any cue / accessory in 1 - 3 days. If you would like to know more about a specific items shipping time, feel free to send us a message and we will let you know!
Can you install my pool table?
Yes! We offer FREE installation for all of our pool tables. You can kick back and relax whilst our team of experts move, plan, inspect and install your amazing new luxury table
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not ship to any customers outside of the UK. Our apologies. Be sure to sign up to our newsletter so we can let you know when this changes
What if I'm not completely satisfied with my order?
Here at Cloth&Pocket we believe ALL of our customers deserve to have their dream game room. That means if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you will get a full (180 day) refund! (refund policy). Also, as an authorized dealer for each brand listed on our website, we offer full manufacturer warranties on all orders!
