Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and check a few details about access to your property. Around 2–3 days before your delivery, you’ll be given a confirmed 3-hour delivery window.

Professional Delivery Service:
Your pool table will be delivered by an experienced two-person team, specialists in handling and transporting large slate bed games tables. On the day, they will usually call shortly before arrival to confirm an exact time.

Standard Delivery:
As part of our standard service, your table will be delivered into a ground floor room of your choice. Our team will unpack, assemble, and precisely level your new pool table, leaving it ready for play. They’ll also guide you through maintenance and answer any questions.

Delivery Times:
Standard deliveries are made between 7am and 4pm. In some cases, we may deliver outside these hours, but we’ll always confirm with you beforehand.

Additional Options & Services:
Stair Delivery – If your table needs to be carried upstairs or downstairs, our team can safely manage up to two flights. For more than two flights, please contact us for a custom quote.

To get the most enjoyment out of your new 6ft or 7ft pool table, it’s important to ensure your room has enough space around the table for comfortable cueing. The amount of space you’ll need depends on the length of cue you plan to use.

For a 6ft Pool Table:

• With 48-inch cues – Minimum room size required: 15ft 6in x 12ft 6in (472cm x 381cm)

For a 7ft Pool Table:
